As we developed the Native App, it became clear that the existing web platform felt outdated — both visually and functionally. Some tools were no longer being used, and the aesthetic no longer aligned with our refreshed mobile experience. We needed to modernize the web platform to create visual and functional consistency across devices and re-engage users with updated features and design.
